Sometimes, as a blogger, its rough to find awesome items that not every single blogger has. I think we all get sucked into the Instagram world where we want every tiny thing we see and then we all post about the same things. Guilty as charged. That’s why, when I find something exceptionally unique to talk about I get all giddy inside:) When JORD wood watches contacted me and asked if I would review one of their watches I jumped at the chance. I had never seen a watch made out of wood, and was intrigued. After browsing the site for a while, I fell in love with the Ely watch in the maple finish. I thought that it would best match most things that I already own and I have been loving it so far! As I had hoped, it matches pretty much everything and I have been wearing it non stop!

JORD watches are handcrafted from natural woods like maple, bamboo, and Sandalwood, which I think is pretty cool in itself, and then on top of it the glass is a scratch proof glass. This is perfect for me, since I tend to scratch the face of every watch I ever get! I love that they use sustainable resources from around the world and then make them right here in the good old U S of A! I also love that it isn’t as heavy as some metal watches I have owned.
