Tomorrow is my birthday and I couldn’t be more excited about it. I don’t know what it is about birthdays that make me happy, but even though I am another year closer to being 30, I am still pumped. Maybe it’s the fact that I am requiring my husband to take me to get the best burger in Austin…or maybe it’s the red velvet Nothing Bundt Cake that we’re getting to celebrate with? Birthdays are all about the food for me. I may be doing very well with my whole 30 type diet I have going on…but on my birthday I’m having a burger, fries, AND cake! Calories just don’t count on your birthday (week) and I plan to run with that….

I’m pretty sure I have this dress in each and every color and pattern that it came in. I bought the blue seersucker one first, and then they all went on sale online one night for $9 and I bought the rest. You can’t beat a comfy dress that is flattering and brightly colored:) This necklace has been on repeat non-stop since I bought it. It goes with so many different things and I am in love with it! I also love that it cost me under $10 at Sam Moon! What? Yeah..under 10 bucks is a steal!

I hope everyone has a wonderful weekend, I may or not be posting tomorrow…we shall see how I feel about it:) All I know is that I’m leaving early on Friday and I plan to do whatever I want for the next 3 days straight! Yay me!

Monday comes yet again. It’s always sad, especially when I had such a relaxing weekend. It was SO cold outside that all we wanted to do was stay inside all day with the heat going. It was actually just what I needed to get a few things done. I worked on my shop a lot and had SIX sales! People are really responding well to my products, especially this gold dot head wrap! I can make it in adult sizes if any of you out there would like one:)

Today’s outfit is one I got a few weekends ago at Sam Moon. I saw this top and KNEW I needed to have it right then! You really can’t beat $13 for a cute top and it just so happened to match the necklace I had in my hand so it was absolutely perfect! I love neon colors and this yellow was the perfect way to brighten up a cold dreary day last week. It’s going to be great for the Texas heat this summer because it’s nice and light!
