What To Wear: Holiday Work Party

Hi Lovelies!

Anyone feeling overwhelmed by the holidays yet??? Because I sure am! So much to do and so little time to do it in! I am in charge of the holiday party for my work and it is on Friday…I have been trying to figure out what to wear for a month. Now, I have decided and I have exactly what I want to wear in my mind, but apparently I am being too picky because I cannot find anything anywhere! Argh! Below is a picture of generally what I want to wear. Has anyone seen a cream/white tulle skirt in a store (not online) that ISN’T $80? Help!

Below is my DREAM holiday party outfit….too bad my work will never be this fancy, nor my wallet be that big…..

And this is what I actually have…It’s not bad, but it isn’t what I wanted. I really like the winter white, but I just want a darn tulle skirt!

Get The Look:
Dress: Target, Clutch: Vintage, Shoes: Charming Charlie, Belt: I can’t remember:(, Jewelery & Headband: Charming Charlie

Obviously I will NOT have my hair in a messy bun….and I will have painted my toenails and fingernails…and I will iron this baby much better than I did for these pictures…lol. I’m thinking down a curly with this headband? That is…if I don’t find my tulle skirt by Friday….Once again, if ANYONE knows where I can get a cream/white tulle skirt (not online or expensive lol) please PLEASE let me know in the comments below!

Oh, PS: I wanted to link up with Helene and Tay today for the kid at Christmas link up, but I really couldn’t think of too much to say….other than EVERYTHING about Christmas makes me feel like a kid again. And here I was thinking “her hair looks so good, I’ve never seen anyone look so dressed up in a headband before.” So maybe I disqualified myself from ever giving anyone my opinion about clothing or hair again.
