These are lessons I have learned in the past few months. Nothing personally has happened to me, but just browsing the internet, other blogs and articles I have found some of the most ugly , mean hearted people in the depths of the internet. All I know, is that seeing other people being nothing but negative and having way too much fun putting others down just makes me want to be a better person. I don’t understand those people who find pleasure in other people’s pain. Oh well, it just makes me realize that I have to have thick skin in this blogging business. Happy Friday! Hi Lovelies!

Remember this post a few weeks ago about my flamingo obsession? Yeah, well…I got really excited when I found this bathing suit on Aerie.com:) I have pretty much obsessed over everything I have seen with a flamingo on it since that post and decided that it was time to act on this obsession at least once! Hi Lovelies!

Oh my goodness was this weekend a beautiful one! Wes and I spent some much needed time relaxing in our new backyard. We laid in the sun, weeded, and had every single meal at our patio table. It was glorious! The rest of the time was spent going through boxes and working on little projects around the house. We are LOVING the new house! Every day I fall in love with it more and more, what a good sign:) I am so excited that we can do anything and everything we want to do and that we will never have to move if we don’t want to! This will be our little home to start a family in some day (not too soon though, lol).

This outfit makes me want to go to the beach, or the pool….really I would take any body of water! I will for sure be taking this one up to the lake this summer, and probably to Nicolle’s pool while she lives down here! I bought this romper at the same time as this ruffle top and this cobalt dress I showed you a week or so back and it is so comfortable! I love that it’s stretchy and loose, but it has enough shape that it doesn’t make me look too frumpy. Rompers are slowly but surely becoming one of my favorite clothing items to buy! Right there behind the good old sundress!
