My Favorite August Outfits

 

I always enjoy when other bloggers do a recap of their favorite outfits for the month, it’s nice to see them all up there together:) It’s also nice to pin the pictures and then have a direct link back to each one of them for outfit inspiration! So, I decided to do a post with my favorites for the month of August. Apparently I was drawn to black and white a lot during August, which is surprising for me, since I love summer color so much. I think I did well dressing up my black and white with some sweet pops of color though, which I guess makes up for it:) I was apparently really great at taking pictures that didn’t involve my face….haha!August Collage 3

Hi Lovelies!

I am so excited to talk about something really great today. Modcloth. Yes, yes, I know you all know what Modcloth is (and if you don’t you should probably head on over and get ready to spend a LOT of doll hairs…) but they are one of the only online boutiques I know of that offers plus-size clothing. I cannot tell you how many times I have gotten compliments on something I have worn, but unfortunately the clothing from certain shops isn’t offered in anything bigger than a large. To be 100% honest, I think it’s pretty pathetic that I am one of the biggest sizes some retailers even offer. So let’s celebrate ModCloth today for their super exciting milestone– the one-year anniversary of officially launching their plus-size clothing line! Go check out their full-range fashion page in their Style Gallery. It has a bunch of community-uploaded photos that feature items from ModCloth that are available in a full size range. Why? Because fashion should be for all!

Hi Lovelies!

I am so happy it’s Thursday…that means it’s almost the weekend again! Woohoo! It has been a long week. I haven’t felt good all week and we’ve been doing a bit of house hunting. Stressful, sick, long week. I cannot wait to relax this weekend:)

I am so excited that it is starting to be consistently nice out! That means one big thing for me: sun dresses. If you know me, you know that I would rather wear a dress than anything else. I just love the way I feel in a dress, not only are they so much more comfortable than pants, but they just make me feel pretty and feminine. Love.
