I Don’t Care, I Love It

Michael kors, Kendra Scott, and a floral romper
I read an article the other day in which the author stated, “Floral rompers make you look like a toddler.” Well, I’m pretty sure that I don’t look like a toddler <cough boobs cough>, but even if I do…I don’t care, I love it! (Now I have that stupid song stuck in my head…) I do, I love this romper. I saw one almost exactly like it a while back on the beautiful McKenna Bleu‘s blog, and although I purchased it through a different company, I’m pretty sure it’s the exact same one with shorter sleeves. I love the colors, I love the frills at the bottom, and I L-O-V-E the femininity. And to be honest, I don’t give a crap what the crabby author of some internet article says about rompers! To each their own:) I say, if you love it, wear it!

This was on sale for $20! If you like it, you should definitely swing on over there and get one before they sell out/before it becomes fall. I really should just stop buying summer clothes (well, clothes in general), but let’s be realistic: I live in Texas. It won’t be fall here until the end of October. I might dress like fall for a few months prior, just to try and turn the seasons faster, but alas, this is what I will be wearing around Austin for the next 2 months until it finally becomes fall at the chilly temperature of 75.
Well, it is finally hump day and I am SO looking forward to the 3 day weekend ahead. Don’t forget to stop back in on Friday and check out the amazing giveaway some of my friends and I are having!

I’m pretty sure whoever made the toddler comment doesn’t know how to style, or look classy. I have to say, I’ve never once thought that rompers looked childish at all. Hey, it’s safer than wearing a skirt/dress in the wind, is it not? I haven’t found a romper that I like, so I haven’t bought one yet – but I’m eyeing up a few.
