An Outfit For $25

Happy hump day! Today is all about bargain hunting, and I LOVE a good bargain. When I can get an entire outfit for $25 I am a happy girl! When my cousin moved to Austin last month one of the first places I took her to was Sam Moon. We found way too many awesome things there, but this dress and headband are what I ended up with. The dress was $18 and the headband $7. With a few fun pieces from my existing wardrobe, I had an entire outfit for $25! Sundress Weather

Hi Lovelies!

This outfit just makes me happy. It’s bright, it’s summery, and these earrings are awesome! I just love it. Now I can’t wait until I have tan to go with my sundresses. It’s been super nice here so it’s on its way, but you know how it is…a slow process. This weekend doesn’t look too promising for my tan plan with all the cloudiness. Oh well, I guess I’ll have to wait for the next one.

You really can’t beat the prices though, this dress was like $25! You all know I can’t resist a good deal, but I am going to have to start resisting more often since we are saving to buy our own house. Yup, that’s right, a house! I am so excited that it’s finally going to happen, we just need to find the right one. Wish us luck!

Bring On Spring

The weather is beautiful and I even though I have been breaking out the spring clothes on and off for a few weeks now, I think I can say that it is officially springtime in Texas! Woohoo! I found these wedges on Target’s website and knew that I had to have some new ones for this summer. I am so glad I bought them, because they go with everything! I love that gold bar down the center….gives it a little extra something something:) This skirt was a part of my birthday outfit last summer and the weather just seemed perfect for bringing out an old summer favorite:)

I usually go home for lunch so that I can spend less money on food and a little extra time with my puppy. I actually had the chance to sit in the sun and get a tan started while I was lunching yesterday, I was so excited! I sat on the back patio book in hand, puppy on lap, straps down, and sunglasses up just catchin’ some rays. I hope for your sake it’s warm where you are too! If not, come on down to Austin, it’s beautiful!
