I’m linking up with Hayley and Lauren again this week! Today’s link up is to tell your favorite things about the holiday season. I don’t even know where to begin with this one, because I love everything about the holidays! I think this one calls for a list….without further ado, my favorite things about the holiday season!
- Christmas shopping: I love getting gifts for other people. I love the look on their face when they open it, the hug I get afterwards, and just making other people happy. I do not, however, enjoy shopping in the big crowds. This year I did all my shopping online and it was wonderful!
- Decorating: I like to decorate in general…just ask my husband:) Decorating for Christmas, though, is extra exciting! I love making things all sparkly and glittery….Christmas lights belong on all the things!
- The family traditions: I have the best family and we have accumulated a lot of traditions over the years. We have certain movies we watch together, gifts we give each other, and little outings we like to go on. This year, I won’t be with my Mom and Dad, so Wes’ parents will have to help us make some new traditions!
- Christmas fashion: I like that around Christmas time gaudy becomes okay. Everything is glittery…everything is gold….everything is cozy and Christmasy! I have a few ideas for some glittery, lacy, Christmasy outfits that I want to wear on Christmas Eve, take a look:
