Hi Lovelies!
This weekend was a cold one. We Texans aren’t used to it getting into the 30’s, and it did….ALL weekend! As much as I hate the cold, it was really helpful for getting into the Christmas spirit:) We put up our tree and most of our other decorations and it is starting to feel a bit like Christmas around here:)
Unfortunately, not only was it cold this weekend it also rained the entire time…which means that I didn’t get any outfit posts in. Sorry! That means you get a lovely weekend update and a pretty outfit that I wish I owned:) I really want some faux fur this season. I have never been really into the whole faux fur trend, but this vest would be really cute with the outfit I picked out. I would really like a fur scarf as well, like the one here on Fashion Canvas’ post. (BTW, I am obsessed with her entire outfit and I realllllly want it all….<sigh>)

Don’t you just love those polka dot socks? I think I am going to need those as well as the other patterns they have here. I am pretty sure that I don’t own a pair of plain white socks, they all have patterns or pictures and I plan to keep it that way:)
How was your weekend? Are there any trends you are loving this winter that you haven’t in the past?
Until tomorrow…

Yes! I do love the socks.
Aren’t they adorable!? I love crazy socks!
Love. Those. Boots. (my fingers are still frozen!)
Hahaha! Yeah, it’s still COLD and raining! Argh!!
Love the boots! I really need to find some like those in black Or some red and blue plaid with anchors ! Cute outfit.
They would be so cute in black! You might check Target.com, they are from there…who knows maybe they have black:)
Those boots are fab! And I’m jealous that you’ve started decorating! I’m trying to hold out until Hubby makes it home… its pretty much our only tradition to do the tree together
It was fun! The fact that it was cold and yucky made it even nicer:)
Thanks to the colder weather, we had the chance to get our decorations up. Something about cold, wet weather makes a Christmas decorated home seem so warm and cozy.
I love the outfit you shared. I’m not brave enough to wear anything fur just yet. I am going to rock some printed tights on Thanksgiving. And that’s me breaking out of my fashion shell.
OOoh printed tights are fun too! I just got some polka dotted ones from Old Navy that I love:)
I LOVE the vest!
Me too! I’m trying SO hard not to just go buy it! lol!
Pretty! Love it all.
