Hi Lovelies!
When Wes and I picked up and moved to Texas two years ago we had a lot of people ask, “Why Texas?”. Well, besides the fact that I lived in Texas during middle and high school and LOVED it. And, besides the fact that Texans have the most pride for their state than anywhere else I have ever been, which is amazing. THIS is ‘why Texas’. Sunday, November 17….85 degrees and sunny. I just don’t understand how you could NOT love that. It was chilly all last week and the leaves are starting to change, it’s beginning to feel like fall…and then it’s 85 degrees. You would NEVER get an 85 degree day in Michigan in November. Ever. This entire weekend was beautiful as a matter of fact. I have to tell you…Michigan has beautiful lakes, but I wouldn’t want to live anywhere but Austin:)

Yes! Texans sure are proud. So true. Cute pictures. I love your top and your sunnies!!
Thank you! These sunnies called my name the moment I walked into the store:) I loved them so much I have them in brown AND black! Haha!
I am the exact opposite….I was so mad yesterday when it was in the 80s! I feel like this time of year NEEDS to be cold! Which is strange, because I’ve only lived in Texas, Oklahoma, and California…definitely not the places to be for cold winters
Haha….yeah, you might feel a bit differently if you lived in the north and had no choice but to endure the crappy winters where it is never nice.:) The grass is always greener…lol!
Your hair is so dang FABULOUS! And I’m glad y’all are Texans. I love it here too. Even if I won the lottery and could live anywhere in the world, I’d still live right here in the Lone Star State.
Thank you, Amanda! I love long hair…it needs a trimming though! I love Texas….I got back here as quickly as I could!
Love that top and your watch!!
Thanks! I LOVE this watch. They probably still have it at CC…I have never gotten SO many compliments on a watch until I got this one!
Love the necklace and shoes! Texas weather is anything but predictable.
Thanks! Texas weather is crazy! One day its winter and the next its summer!
Sometimes I love the weather and sometimes I miss the winter. I lived in West Virginia all through college and sometimes I just want it to be cold for a while! But not very long
I am totally fine with it being cold for a few days…..and then it needs to be nice again:)
Once again, super cute outfit! Long live Texas!
Thanks, Michelle! Texas really is the greatest!:)
You are so stinkin cute and I love the burgundy!
Thanks, Neely! Burgundy is my favorite this fall, hands down!
